After completing your purchase, you will be immediately directed to download a PDF file containing instructions. This PDF will guide you on how to send us your logo, enabling us to begin creating custom samples for your social media posts. Once you approve these samples, we will finalize and send you the complete set of posts within 12 hours. The process of downloading the PDF constitutes the initial step of delivery. Please check your email for any additional instructions or updates from us. If you encounter any issues in downloading the PDF or if you do not receive the final social media posts within 12 hours of sample approval, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
